Acceptable Behaviour on the Zenos Cars Forum
Please read the following carefully and make sure you fully understand each point.
Any breach of the Acceptable Behaviour may result in a temporary or permanent ban without warning.
You must not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, discriminatory, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
You may not post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or with permission of the copyright owner.
You may not promote any service (including non-commercial) whether it’s by means of providing a link, or by means of contacting the users of this Forum through the mailing and messaging tools provided by this software. Furthermore, advertisements, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are prohibited on this Forum. Also note that we reserve the right to remove links to external Websites or Web pages.
We do accept healthy debate on topics, however you may not partake in Personal attacks (flames) against other Forum members in any of the open forums.
The Zenos Cars Forum is a place for its members to discuss Zenos Cars products, track day car racing, and asscociated past times and passions. Forums posts that have the intention of instigating fights, insulting other members or disrupting the enjoyment of other members will be removed and will lead to a ban.
You must not start a new thread when there is already a thread on the same topic. (Use the search feature!)
You must only post threads in the appropriate forums. You can read the description of each forum on the forum listing page.
You must not use more than one account to actively participate on the Forum.
Moderation on the Bulletin Board
The Zenos Cars Forum is moderated by the Forum hosts (Admins) and Forum Moderators (Mods). The Mods are members of the forums and have volunteered their time. Attacking an Admin or a Mod on this Forum because of their work will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If you have a problem with a Mod, either raise it with them off line or contact an Admin with your complaint, do not raise it in a public forum.
The Admins and Mods have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame if we determine that removal is necessary. Please note: As this is a manual process, objectionable messages may not be removed or edited immediately.
Although the Admins and Mods of the Zenos Cars will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible to review all messages. In the case where read an objectionable post, please report it to a Mod, but do not reply to it.
When posts are removed because they violate the terms of the Forum, all posts that relate or reply to the post will also be removed.
In a case of repeat offences, the Admins or Mods may ban a user from accessing or posting to the forum, this ban may be temporary or indefinite depending on the discretion of the Admin or Mod and the extremity if the offence.
If a user is found to have multiple accounts on the Forum, we reserve the right to ban one or all of the accounts.
Derogatory, obscene or otherwise unsuitable usernames will be banned, erased or edited at the discretion of the Admins and Mods.
You must have a valid and working e-mail associated with you account at all times. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban.
